The Community Driven Reconstruction Program Director (CDRPD) leads a Consortium including Care International and the International Foundation for Education and Self Help (IFESH) implementing a large scale CDR program in the DRC. The CDRPD provides vision, leadership and management oversight; he/she provides technical support to the field-based CDR Program Coordinators and is accountable for the consistency of approach and implementation in accordance with the agreed model of programming throughout the country.
