Our Clients are Humanitarian, Development and Not for Profit organisations; charities and foundations or companies with a charitable mission - wherever they may be in the world.

 

Since our Clients are organisations that want to make a difference in unique and individual ways we believe that they deserve an individual and tailored approach when it comes to finding their people.  

 

It's not enough to have passion - people working in Causes need to have the skills, experience and personal attributes that will ensure their positive contribution to the organisation's short and long term targets and goals.

 

We are here to help them get the best people because in the increasingly competitive Cause related world that is what is called for.

 

We work on a contingency or executive search basis, as agreed with the Client

 

Given our first hand knowledge of the sector and our own professional experience working in it, we feel that we are very well placed to not only listen, understand and connect with our Clients but also to save them precious and valuable time in their people search.
